Our attractive ‘town house' is located amid well-established tropical gardens on a development which is neither overlooked nor next to any building projects. From here the mountain la concha is clearly visible and there are glimpses of the sea. Here there is a barbecue and some garden furniture. off the entrance hall is a downstairs shower room/toilet. The kitchen, bright and with entirely new fitted units, is well equipped and has a breakfast table seating four. The open-plan living and dining area is light and roomy with a fireplace containing a wood-burning stove. The new dining table seats six and there are sofas and an armchair. There is a tv and cd player. Another great feature is the air conditioning throughout. upstairs are 3 good-sized bedrooms, all with built in wardrobes. The master is a double with en-suite bathroom and lovely semi-private balcony. There is another double and also a twin-bedded room. Stairs from the landing continue up to the roof terrace. entry to the development is via a security gate with secure phone system. The covered parking area is also within the locked gates, and is right outside the front door. guests are provided with bed linen and towels. Please bring your own towels for the beach and pool-side, however. for children: besides the nearby sandy beaches and our communal pool, there is also a municipal pool twelve minutes walk away. Here a huge pool and separate kiddies one are available. Very reasonable admission charge.

Area Description :


The journey by car from malaga international airport is just 45 minutes by motorway; by public bus (very inexpensive) it is approximately one hour thirty minutes. Car hire is advisable and the airport is served by all the big firms: hertz, avis europcar, etc. If you are feeling energetic, perhaps in the evening, the residential area of la campana is within walking distance. Here a number of shops, a good quantity of bars and some good-value restaurants can be found. Most are friendly, spanish-run businesses, others are a range of nationalities. In fuengirola thirty mins drive away is an aquapark.
